Free trial

30 days free, no credit card required. You may cancel any time during the trial — no charges are made.

Monthly plans

Cancel any time. Cancellation is effective at the end of the current month. We do not pro-rate refunds for the partial month.

Annual plans

30-day full refund if you cancel within the first 30 days from the start of the annual term. After 30 days, the annual fee is non-refundable, but you can downgrade your plan for the next billing cycle.

Add-ons (training, on-site setup, custom development)

Non-refundable once delivered. Refundable if cancelled before work begins.

How to request a refund

Write to billing@biteslot.com with your invoice number. We process eligible refunds within 7 business days to the original payment method.
