*We use Microsoft Clarity for analytics and session replay. Microsoft processes this data as our service provider (processor) on our instructions, which under Google's definitions is not "sharing". Clarity is configured with strict masking, and we additionally mask all credential, payment-amount and customer fields so they are never recorded.
What the app does not collect
- Location — none. Bluetooth scanning is flagged
neverForLocationand is used only to find a thermal printer. - Payment card or bank details — none. Subscription payments are handled by Razorpay in your browser, outside the app.
- Camera, microphone, contacts, photos or files.
- Advertising identifiers — the device ID is an app-generated value, not your phone's hardware or advertising ID.
Security practices
- Data is encrypted in transit (TLS/HTTPS).
- Credentials and tokens are stored in the device's encrypted operating-system keystore; the operator PIN is stored only as a cryptographic hash.
- You can request that your data be deleted — see App Data Deletion.
